On March 3rd, 2020, Protein Industries Canada announced their fifth approved project; and the first to bring together a company largely considered a founder of Canada’s plant protein industry with an emerging company to create new usages from the co-products of processing.
On February 27th, 2020, Protein Industries Canada announced its fourth co-investment into a consortium-led project. The $9.25 million project will help farmers become more efficient and achieve higher returns while improving traceability along the value chain.
